Available for all tenants with variations on conditions, size and price of office space, depending on the company needs and development phase.

Incubation units are divided in three sizes small, medium and large within range of 28m² to 136m². Incubation offices are equipped with basic but functional and modern furniture (desks, chairs, shelves, office cabinets), internet network and telephone lines.

• Small Incubation units (total number Nucleus 4,  full capacity 14) - organized as offices with size, ranging from 28 to 30 m2. Offices are separated by movable walls in the middle, which divide incubation unit in smaller units, which allows multipurpose usage of the space. Each of these incubators will be able to accommodate 3 - 5 people.

• Middle Incubation units (total number Nucleus 2, full capacity 7) - sizes ranging from 45 to 60 m².  Incubation units are divided in smaller offices, which allow multipurpose usage of the space and separation of company manager for staff, while being able to accommodate 7-13 people.

• Large Incubation units (total number Nucleus 1, full capacity 9) – surface ranging from 75 to 90 m2. They are divided in three size categories 75-90 (5 units, for 13-17 people), 105-115 (2 units, 17-19 people, 128-136 (2 units, 21-25 people). These incubation units offer additional benefits, aside from extra work places and separation of management from staff; they also contain small meeting rooms.
