- ICT Services- each tenant with basic software packages needed for managing daily operations such as Microsoft office package and additional software for managing finances and customer relations and other, as needed. They also receive training in using Small business administration packages and Microsoft office suit in coordination with training department.
- Management/Strategic Support Program- Since most of the tenants don’t have previous management training background and they come from other professions, ICBL provides them with support in managing daily operations, setting up organizational systems, and strategic planning for their company. Help is provided by Incubator manager and hired external consultants.
- Training- Trainings for staff and executives are available according to tenant’s needs and training department dynamic. Currently available at the training department are certified courses in fields of Business Skills, Public Administration, Computer Desktop Application and Informational Technologies.
- Promotion and Networking / Conferencing- ICBL promotional campaign includes promotion activities for the Incubator tenants, joint Incubator presentation with tenant comprehending promotion of products and services at specific fair trades. Tenants are also provided with possibility to promote their companies through this site as well as to use access to databases and networks available to them.
- Financing / Investing Opportunities- Promising tenants are provided with access to seed capital fund, used for business development purposes of newly established start-ups. Procedure of identifying tenants most suitable for using financial support of the fund is carried by Centre’s management and seed capital fund allocation body.
