• Reception Service- ICBL front desk general services represent  the Incubator /tenants central source of information providing it to inquiring guests, distribution of mail, faxes, messages or packages to tenants etc.  

• Secretarial Services- provision of paid secretarial services.   

• Security Services- ICBL and all tenants shall be secured with professional security services by external providers.

• IT support- In house IT supports team, available to tenants at request.

• Communication Services- Service includes usage of telephone, fax lines and internet.

• Cleaning Services- Each tenant is provided with professional cleaning services available at request.
