General conditions of eligibility are in compliance with BiH legislation and ICBL business orientation and are listed as follows:

• 18 years and older citizens from BiH and abroad, who have innovative and knowledge-based business ideas and want to start their own business.
• Citizens (e.g. academic community) who want to develop their research works into business venture.      
• Young companies from BiH and international market which operate less than 2 years and want to improve their business ideas.
• Local and international companies that intend to set-up spin-offs in Incubator in order to expand professional relationships and actively participate in exchange of technology, knowledge and experience.
